A tribute video to the late Steve Jobs has been posted on Apple's homepage, along with a message from CEO Tim Cook, as today marks the first anniversary of his death
The video runs through various pictures of Jobs and is overlayed with the Apple co-founder speaking about his love for technology, the company he built and the products that made it the global powerhouse it is today.
Following the video is a brief message from CEO Tim Cook that pays tribute to Steve Jobs and "the many ways he made the world a better place."
"One of the greatest gifts Steve gave to the world is Apple. No company has ever inspired such creativity or set such high standards for itself. Our values originated from Steve and his spirit will forever be the foundation of Apple. We share the great privilege and responsibility of carrying his legacy into the future," the message reads.
Jobs passed away one year ago today from a tumour of the pancreas at the age of 56 and tributes came from every corner of the world after the news broke.
