Apple has just sent out invites that all-but confirm iPad Mini launch rumours, consisting of a 'Special Event' which could well see the release of the smaller iPad format along with possibly a new 13-inch MacBook Retina Display and a new iMac.
The event which has been set for October 23rd contained the message 'We've got a little more to show you' which not only suggests heavily that the long-awaited smaller brother of the iPad could be unveiled but also that Apple could do a 'one more thing' and throw a 13-inch MacBook Retina into the mix.
Just a few days ago images had been leaked showing what appeared to be the battery for the iPad Mini suggesting that the product would offer a battery life that would sit between that of the New iPad and the iPhone 5.
Apple iPad Mini Specs
iPad Mini Specs are thin on the ground however most experts believe Apple will unveil a 7-inch tablet operating iOS 6 and featuring some of the same specs seen on the Apple iPad 2.
Rumours have been conflicted regarding the screen however the majority believe the iPad Mini will feature a Retina Display, no word as yet on camera size or if indeed the new tablet will feature a camera.
