With Apple launching the iPad Mini and the new 4th generation iPad with Retina Display all eyes are now the UK networks to see who will be offering the tablets
Three has announced that it will be offering both the Apple iPad Mini and the new 4th generation iPad with Retina Display on their network when it's launched.
In a statement that was made this morning the network revealed that it would be one of the first in the UK to offer the new Apple tablet through its network offering speeds of up to 8MB.
Three hasn't yet made a comment about when it will then be offering the tablets on their incoming 4G network however it has assured customers that 4G will be rolling out soon.
Apple iPad Mini specs:
The new Apple tablet comes with a 7.9-inch screen boasting a resolution of 1024x768, and while that's not as high as many were expecting considering the competition the small tablet does come in LTE form boasting 4G data speeds.
The network has also confirmed it will be offering the updated 4th generation iPad with Retina Display which has been given an overhaul by Apple by bumping up the processor and also throwing in a Lightning port which was first debuted on the iPhone 5.
At the moment however Three have confirmed that they will only be offering 3G data plans until their 4G network, however it's more than likely the company will offer users an attractive way of switching over.
